My 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid didn’t pass its emissions test. In calling a number of the repair shops on the list that the state gives out—all said that they wouldn’t work on a hybrid. If you can’t pass the emissions test you can’t renew your license tags. I started shopping for a new car. Randomly I tried one more shop—Bucaro Bros. They insisted that my car was repairable. In short order with great courtesy and professionalism, my car was repaired and passed its emissions test with flying colors!
